Decoy didn't begin with a market analysis. It began with a question: why must people who want to feel better about themselves choose between harm and pain?

I am an epidemiologist, and I always start by asking “why”. When I stepped into the world of beauty care, one question stayed with me: can we become better versions of ourselves without surgery and without wounds? What I want to offer is care that respects the body — understand yourself first, then choose your own beauty.

We have walked this path for eight years. Our Active Ampoule formulas were developed by an R&D team with an NTU background. The Decoy device was developed by a PhD team from the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) and is exclusively licensed to Acheloy Biomed. R&D, quality and compliance are overseen by Acheloy Biomed.
