Decoy didn't begin with a market analysis. It began with a question: why must people who want to feel better about themselves choose between harm and pain?
"I know how many women have quietly lost confidence over how they feel about their bodies. Not because they aren't beautiful — but because no one told them: you already have a beauty that is entirely your own."
As an epidemiologist, my foundation is data and mechanism. When I brought that lens to body care, what I saw was this: almost every "effective method" was destructive — freezing, injecting, thermally destroying. Not one of them allowed the body to change while respecting the cell.
So we spent eight years — alongside the NTU research team and MIRDC researchers — doing one simple thing: finding a path that doesn't require destruction.
Decoy
Decoy is that path.
