不需要特別準備。穿著舒適的衣服來就好，我們會在現場做說明和測量。
No special preparation needed. Just wear comfortable clothing — we'll take care of the rest on arrival.
保養過程會痛嗎？

Decoy 採非侵入式設計，多數使用者表示過程輕柔、無明顯不適感。個別感受因人而異。
Decoy uses a non-invasive design. Most users report a gentle experience with no significant discomfort. Individual experiences may vary.
保養之後需要休息或避免什麼嗎？
Are there any restrictions after a session?

保養結束後可以直接正常生活、運動、工作，沒有特別的限制。
You can return to normal activities immediately after your session — exercise, work, social plans. No special restrictions.

How long does a session take?

LIGHT 臉部精準導入約 60 分鐘，含清潔、面膜與基礎保養；MIRROR 身體精準導入每堂約 40 分鐘，一堂照顧約一個手掌大小的範圍。第一次到訪會多留一點時間聊聊。
LIGHT facial care takes about 60 minutes, including cleansing, a mask and basic skincare. MIRROR body care takes about 40 minutes per session, covering an area about the size of your palm. We allow extra time on your first visit.

LIGHT 是臉部精準導入，照顧保濕、光澤與細紋；MIRROR 是身體精準導入，照顧肌膚的緊實與線條。兩瓶活性安瓶的全成分與說明，都在課程與成分。

我們把兩瓶活性安瓶的全成分都公開了，也用白話說明每一個成分在保養上做什麼。都是保養品常見的成分，不含藥物成分。
We publish the full ingredient lists of both Active Ampoules and explain what each ingredient does in plain language. All are common skincare ingredients; none are medicinal.
哪些情況要先告訴你們？
When should I tell you something first?

懷孕或哺乳中、想照顧的部位有傷口或皮膚炎、近期在該部位做過注射或手術、正在接受皮膚科治療，或曾對保養品成分過敏，請先告訴我們。我們會一起評估是否適合，或建議延後。
Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a wound or dermatitis in the area, recently had injections or surgery there, are under dermatological treatment, or have reacted to skincare ingredients before. We’ll assess together or suggest waiting.
